The Police in Norway have dismissed the criminal case against the Natalya Shutakova & Zygys Aleksa family due to lack of evidence.

The Child Protection System (Barnevernet) in the town of Notodden took their three kids by force on May 20th, alleging that the parents had used physical violence. The family denied this vehemently.

Natalya Shutaklova, a US citizen, says to KKN: «They never had any evidence, so I PRAISE THE LORD FOR HIS MIGHTY HAND. Now we will continue our battle for the return of the children from barnevernet captivity . Victory is coming. God is with us!»

KKN´s Charman Jan-Aage Torp has informed the Deputy Ambassador of the US Embassy in Oslo, Mr. Richard H. Riley, on the family´s behalf.
