Zeit Online, the online expression of the Hamburg-based mainstream newspaper Die Zeit, published yesterday a scathing attack on the Republic of Poland via the pretty face and tragic story of the Norwegian-born Silje Garmo (37), who in December 2018 gained political asylum in Poland with her two year old daughter, Eira.
The article is written by Alexandra Rojkov, a winner of the CNN Journalist Award.
It is noteworthy that the article is published one week before the European parliamentary elections.
Die Zeit discloses and slants to the unrecognizable personal information about Silje from her medical records and family life which seems to be traceable to Barnevernet in Norway, or the Norwegian courts, or lawyers in Norway who might have been involved at some stage. Silje´s sacked Norwegian defense lawyer, Signe Blekastad, who is known as a close friend of the circle around Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg, might be able to help to unravel this.
Incredibly enough, Die Zeit even indicates that Silje Garmo feels that she is being «used» by the Republic of Poland. Nothing could be more un-true!
Die Zeit wallows in a pool of contempt against the present government of Poland, and goes far beyond what the European Court of Human Rights would allow in any journalistic work. Such journalism destoys the trust of normal Europeans of mainstream media. This is «Fake News» at its worst.
Die Zeit has demonstrated such a lack of judgement, disrespect and disregard for Silje and Eira Garmo´s plight, that KKN recommends that Ordo Iuris Institure immediately should bring this article to the courts. There must be immediate and longterm consequences,
